Kingston City snapped up flamboyant winger Sami Nour from Green Gully for the remainder of the 2017 campaign.

He departs Green Gully after seven league games and one goal, having signed at the back end of last season from Bulleen Lions prior to Gully’s FFA Cup quarter-final against Canberra Olympic.

The 24-year-old finished 2016 as Bulleen Lions’ top scorer with seven goals. It was a breakout top-flight campaign early for the winger, who was named TCF Player of the Month for March.

He netted a total of 15 goals from 32 league games after joining the club mid-season in 2015 from Whittlesea Ranges.

Prior to that Nour signed to Sunshine George Cross in 2014 from Clifton Hill, making nine appearances before a short stint at Dingley Stars.

He signed with the Ranges in 2015 and netted nine goals before his Bulleen move.

It’s a further attacking boost for Nick Tolios’ side, which also signed former Perth Glory youth Taban Makoi, as they look to break away from the bottom three, with their next clash against 12th placed Melbourne Knights.
